No...they all flew up, and all the parachutes deployed at about the same time (all the little pops)...then they 'chuted down as planned. The one you see going slower and larger had a camera attached.

Wich was broken, so the belgian delegation had to catch in on tape in order to share this moment with the rest of the world...
