this is true. i look at our version (USA) and think damn they are extra small too quick. But the Aussie show does seem more realistic and attainable in regards to weight loss.

Yeah they get much less time than the USA version, think the show covers like 3 or 4 months same as in USA, but the time between them leaving the house and the finale is only 2 months at most.
