I'm honestly surprised that Gibson Songwriter Deluxe has as much bass as it does. I tried it in the store, but ultimately decided on the Martin D-28. The one I played must have been a dud; Gibson is known for their poor quality control :( Looks like you got a great one!

5 stars! You've got a give, man. Not sure why I've personally never played this song in this positioning. Notice that is how Neil played it on the Massey Hall recording. For some reason I do it with a capo and start off with the Em positioning. Get's a different sound that way. I've video responsed my interpretation recorded when I first learned how to play guitar and the tune.
