I had this for about three years. Great phone If you just like to call and text. Thats all I really used it for. I took good care of it, never dropped it. But then one day all the maine buttons stopped working and I couldnt send msga or anything. It doesnt have thread msging which kind of sucked. but overall its a good phone.

Mine did that because I used to leave it on the bathroom counter while I took a shower and the condensation in the air caused it to have water damage.
this phone was great when i had it, i had it for 2 years n it went through hell, n still worked perfectly finee! haha a car ran over, it fell in snow, took many falls to the ground, but held strong haha, great for a first phone lol

Very durable. I've dropped it so many times, and it has some bad water damage. Of course now I lost it and am getting a new phone but it's ok if you just want to use it for calls and text. Other than that...

This phone works well for a while, but one day the multimedia messaging stops working and you need internet for it. Then if you leave it in the bathroom while you take a shower it doesn't work anymore.
@madrenee With most At&t phones if you don't have a data plan you can't send multimedia messaging...and its common sense not to take your phone in the bathroom when your taking a shower because the steam will dampen the phone internally and a wet phone = no more phone. So you can't use that as an excuse to how this phone breaks down after a while.
The bateery life sux!i charge it up like 5 times a day and it fails to charges..i have to force it down...my itouch is in better condition and its 2 years old jailbroken and never restored and at least my itouch gets through the day with one charge isnt tht saying something!get iphone
@scotty10211 No you can't have a signature with this phone, with most Samsung phones I have noticed you can't have a signature while texting unless you manually put one on with every text...and that's no fun.

This phone is actually very nice and simple to use! I have the black and green one and i've had it for about over a year and a half and its perfectly fine! The only thing is that the camera is not that great! Also it's starting to go slow. But again I've had it for a while so that's just me! My contract ends this December and I'm probably going to get a Palm Pre, Pixie, or iPhone 3G. Even though those are better then the Propel, I'm probably still going to miss this one:)
I have this exact phone in red, and besides the occasional no bars, its a great phone, and it can take some bumps, ive thrown this phone into a wall, put a hole in the wall with it, the only issue is when you drop it the screen tends to crack easily, but all in all, a pretty great phone

I think I'm gonna find a no contract phone on eBay cuz I don't want the crappy go phones. it'll last u about a year. All i did on it was txt and sometimes call lol. It' ll last u a while and it'll get the job done. Maybe I'll look into the propel pro. That looks good

This is by far one of the best phones(: i had it and the battery life was the best!! It could keep a charge for three days straight! And even for me, and I text alott. Texting is great. Vibration and sound is the best! If it was sitting on the edge of a counter/table, it would vibrate off the edge! :D This phone is a must get!

i have this phone now, it's absolutely horrible. the color part cracks easily, the calls almost never go through [and this isn't just my problem, most other people i know who have it have this issue as well], the camera sucks, and the quality of sound is awful. The only thing good is the easy to use software.
I have this exact phone your using in the review, and I really like it. They only had the white and red and black and green left and the phone was free for me cause the really nice at&t guy showed me and my brother this phone in the back and it was only free cause they stopped selling them on the floors. I hated the green and I didn't like the white and red cause the keys glowed pink when you slide open the phone so I just got a plain black case for it(still shows green I love the full keyboard.
I got the phone about 2 months ago in blue. The blue doesnt have the pattern inside the back. Its not extremely exciting / no game demos (or at least mine didnt). Great for texting. Battery life isnt great (I leave it on the charger at night for a full days charge). Im a fan of the 5 battery bars instead of the usual 3-4. Overall a good phone. I really like it.

i got this phone about a week ago. its going back in a few days. it reminds me of the first car phones where you could make 2 calls. the second call of course would be for a tow truck since your battery was dead... i get about 5 hours of battery life if i dont use it at all. web browsing uses about 50% battery life per minute of browsing.

The sony ericsson has the best picture quality. don't be fooled by the megapixel size. anything past 2 mp, they are just stretching the picture without changing the quality of the detail. keep in mind, these are cameras on cell phones- so the camera wont be as great as a normal camera. if you want a good camera on a cell phone, get the sony ericson.. its pretty much the only feature on that phone that works reliably. 1.3 mp is all you need
well when you press a button it takes like a second to view it and its very slow and when u make a call the battery life will drop by atleast a bar every time
It comes in green/black, blue/black, and red/white. I also think there's a red/black one exclusive to radioshack. You can look online or at mall kiosks for a fully green cover, though.

i have this phone. i love it. but it should not be dropped (duh) and i wouldnt recommend it to any clumsy people.and you cannot get a signature on it for texting. the company doesnt do that.

i have had this phone for about 7 months and it has taken its share of hits but now the vibration doesn't work when closed and it gets shitty service i would not recomend this phone to anyone im looking for a new phone and am not sure what to get but i hope for it to be better than this POS

i got this phone about a week ago. its going back in a few days. it reminds me of the first car phones where you could make 2 calls. the second call of course would be for a tow truck since your battery was dead... i get about 5 hours of battery life if i dont use it at all. web browsing uses about 50% battery life per minute of browsing.

I have this phone in this color too. && it sucks! i hated it ever since i got. i forced to get this phone. it freezes momentarily occasionally. the web browser is lousy. it's just wayy too simple for my taste.

no.i doesnt hav signature automatically.if u want a signature,then whenever ur doing a text message and when ur finished writing the text u hav to skip a few spacesdown and write a signature.thts one way to do it but no i does not have signatures tht show up automatically without having 2 write it when ur writing a text

ive had this phone for over a year now. i dont like it at all. it has a small keyboard and is hard to type with and i have small fingers...the phone randomly restarts and i rarely get good service. i dont suggest this phone

The sony ericsson has the best picture quality. don't be fooled by the megapixel size. anything past 2 mp, they are just stretching the picture without changing the quality of the detail. keep in mind, these are cameras on cell phones- so the camera wont be as great as a normal camera. if you want a good camera on a cell phone, get the sony ericson.. its pretty much the only feature on that phone that works reliably. 1.3 mp is all you need

It comes in green/black, blue/black, and red/white. I also think there's a red/black one exclusive to radioshack. You can look online or at mall kiosks for a fully green cover, though.

yep... go to settings ; sound profiles; and edit on whatever you uses; for instance hit edit on outdoor profile; you can change ringtones, volume; ring type ; as well as key beep
