I dont understand the Africa contra arab discussion. Egypt is situated in Africa but very close to Asia and Europe as well. The original language we call afro-semitic language, so obviously the egyptians has been "mixed" all along. I love this video worked in Egyot for many years and saw many of these Health and saftey nightmares but could never get a photo to show..... Translation errors are a bit harsh mind you my arabic is almost non existant so they have done very well.

It's funny how all Egyptians find this hilarious. I myself am Egyptian and I could not stop laughing. So everyone else who is ranting about how stupid Egyptians are, at least they are able to laugh at their faults, which takes a lot of guts to do. till this day no one in the world can figure out how they preserved bodies in such a great condition. And believe it or not, Europeans invaded Egypt for knowledge. Statue of liberty was offered to Egypt by the French before handed down to Americans.

But they love there arabic culture very much. My husband is very proud of it and he is a mix of cultures himself. @norielorie i agree that Egypt is mixture of races but its just like African Americans in America, Europe, south America, we don't speak our native tongue, or (some) our native customs but we speak the language of our captures, English,Spanish, french etc, but we r still of African descent, its just like the Egyptians, they were captured by people of the middle east and have adapted their customs and culture but when it comes down to their origin they are African,
