She has had minor cosmetic surgeries over the years, but no major alterations to her face. This is the face she was born with, except for simple face lifts and such. Check out photos of her when she was younger and you will see. She has a beautiful face. You're the first time I've ever known of anyone to imply that she has a "ruined" face. Are you blind?
