It's a little hard to tell, but it also almost looks like Sugi puckers his lips when he turns his head in Ryu's direction, and that's when Ryu kisses him. It's entirely possible that he was just doing that because it was his solo (and he loves to make faces, hehe), but who knows...
this was 1995/96 at that time right?and I think after that Sugi decided to have baby Luna,hehehe,and also when it came to solo,Sugi's head never directed to Ryu's again and fan service for the kiss never happened again (I think),because I never seen they kissed again in other concerts,but who knows again???hehehe XD
