  • VIVA LOS LATINOS!

  • I didn't see those two guys shitting bricks when they saw Danny Trejo walking up to them...I guess they didn't know who Danny Trejo was. But it only took them 50 seconds to find out.

  • ok uptop84, chop away!!!!!

  • does anyone knows the name of the song around 3:31 - 4:12 because i remember hearing it in spy kids (i know it the same director)

  • this is a good movie alittle bull to it but awseome. like desperado.

  • @Axarno123 I thought it's a Robert Rodriguez film when Quentin Tarantino has some kind of role in it. I like how they are good friends and work in each other's movies.

  • 4:29 mexican seth rogen??

  • @metalmurcielago LMAO!!!

  • My favorite movie :D

  • the songs hes playing is called La Malaguena just for the questions i seens in the comments

  • A different version is the end credit song on Kill Bill 2.

    Rodriguez is god!

  • i want to learn to play guiterra like him man

  • OMG this guitar songs are just amazing, i didn't think this movis is such a great movie, today i watched this again and again, so cooL. So many amazing actors and actresses. Also Johnny Depp is just no words!

  • DO U KNO WAT THE NAME OF THAT SONG IS

  • @PurpBoss22 the song it called Malagueña Salerosa. I like the lyrics to it too :)

  • @PurpBoss22 It's the: Once Upon a time in Mexico theme^^ /watch?v=QsfWoibAtcY

  • IF I GET 69 LIKES I WILL CHOP OFF MY LEFT NUT!!!

  • @uptop84

If people on the internet don't stop using threats of comic violence to get likes on Youtube I'll cut off my own head and throw it in the river.

  • @uptop84 seriously. got my vote! thx

  • @uptop84 I hope you already chopped it off dude. If you bet you nedd to pay the debt.

  • A very good movie...I should know O.o

  • where can you watch this online

  • I think this a Super cool movie Antonyo banderas you are my Heroe !!!!!!!!

  • meu filme predileto....

  • song starts at 0:46

  • What's the name of the song??

  • A movie with both Antonio Banderes and Enrique Iglesias is a 10 in my books

  • @zafjaf Don't forget about Johnny Depp.

  • "Shot,Chopped and Produced"

  • @XxxXConvictionXxxX Sorry if i insult you sir. Just try in the future make your jokes sound more like jokes and not as stupid crap...

  • @deviroz

insulted him? now whered you take that kind of impression? You only called him a faggot :D

nice way to be a mature person. For someone making a joke that you took as rasicst you called him "faggot" i think you're homophobic and have a tiny penis.

    Have a nice day.

  • Viva Los Mexicanos

  • @XxxXConvictionXxxX actually he is a mexican luthier, and that "fuck up guitar" was crafted by hand. Thats the kind of guitar the US companies buy to sell to faggots like u for 3000 bucks. So stop bullshiting arround.

  • Babem... saludos de Brazil ! =P

  • reminds me of a hot summer night, with the breeze that feels amazing on your face...

  • haha 2:30 sooooo not him playing.

  • CHINGON are amazing. <3

  • Good opening scene. This film has a nice mexican/western feeling, thats why Ilike the Mariachi-trilogy, and I know some people don't like OUATIM film, but I think it's not a bad movie. I love when the title appear at 1:47 and the music ges play.

  • whats the name of this song

  • Love to have one of those guitars.

  • i wish i was that good :/

  • that was a clasical guitar or an acoustic one?

  • @vladedy Classical guitars are acousitc guitars...but yes it was classical, generally noticed by the nylon strings and the headstock.

  • @OPIHIMAN678 thank you very much.

  • @vladedy the acoustics you're thinking of are sometime's called steel string or regular acoustics by the musically uneducated -_- lol

  • @OPIHIMAN678 nylon strings dont necessarily mean its classical. its a mexican flamenco guitar, its a lot lighter, the body is a lot shallower than a classical.

  • Malagueña Salerosa

  • hummm

  • what dos he play win the old man geves him the getar???? some one tell me plzz

  • Encantado! Gracias , Fracisco from Budapest

  • whjats this song name

  • @shnboy i think its malagueña salerosa. there is one version by paco de lucia, but thats quite different.

  • LEGEND

  • we need movie prodcures and actors like these back... truly greay, unlike some bull shit so called movies they have now

  • One of my favourite openings in film

  • Wouldn't it be something to hear this in surround sound? One of the best movies in 20 years.

  • this scene and generally this movie is the reason I started playing the guitar way back then

  • this music has always taken my breath away...To put it simply. It is a song that should never be disturbed, nor changed in anyway shape or form than form this guitar.

  • A pinche Banderas.....

  • El español es el mejor idioma de todos!

  • from 2:47 onwards, the music is like... whoaaa

  • Can Antinio Banderas really play the guitar like that or is that a Double??

  • @TheWasdenn He Plays , in the movie no ! He Is Spanish ;-D

  • I love this song xD

  • nice song...song is verry emotional..i love this song

  • Write "Transmontuna Malaguena" and listen the cover.

  • Not not Rodriguez's strongest movie, but it certainly has it's moments. This opening is definitely one of them. The music is fantastic!

  • 3:20

  • on my money, one of the best main titles sequences of the past 30 years.

  • @BozPictures resevoir dogs, but then again some of the best intros, soundtracks, and movies in general are all tarantino movies

  • what's this song call?

  • @HeartKiddBreak

    Maleguena Salerosa..

  • @HeartKiddBreak When El takes the guitar he plays "Malagueña Salerosa" (which by the way has a powerful cover by "Chingon" - Robert Rodriguez' band - on "Kill Bill part 2" soundtrack), than the orchestra kicks in and what you hear is "Once Upon a Time in Mexico - Main Titles" - a score which no doubt is based on Malagueña Salerosa.

Mind you, it is not to be found on the "Once Upon a Time in Mexico" soundtrack, however it is available on "Mexico & Mariachis".

  • awesome opening to a movie!!!

  • @birsic3216 In all 3, it's supposed to be the same character, only that Antonio Banderas took up the role in Desperado. It's a trilogy: El Mariachi, Desperado, Once Upon a Time in Mexico. Same character (El Mariachi), different actor.

  • can some one please tell me the name of the opening song....

  • @arohajammin You can find this song on iTunes; the ALBUM is Mexico & Mariachis: Music from and Inspired By Robert Rodriguez's El Mariachi Trilogy... the song is Once Upon a Time In Mexico (Main Titles) :)

  • I like so much this movie but the only thing that I dont like is that every american movie makes look mexico like a poor country with old places and old cars and its not like that, mexico have a beautiful places and not every cars are old, but seriously this country is not like that!

  • i just wonder how his character learned to play again because before he couldnt press the strings from the gunshot

(if youve never seen desperado you wont know what that means)

  • tabs pls...

  • @JSMRAP Try guitaretab website and search "Once Upon a Time In Mexico"... the theme tab should be the only result. Hope this helps! :)

  • @91jeng it is not the only result... this song isn't the soundtrack...

  • super.........

  • I love this movie! And it is has one of my favorite scores, ever! This and the Legend of Zorro (Both great Antonio movies) have phenomenal musical scores. Absolutely moving and pure genius!

  • Mira Mira ! Look Look

old man:can you honor me to play my guitar ?

  • Antonio Banderas se parece a Juanes en esta pelicula

  • this movie has some great guitar

  • poor old man. good movie though

  • Is this song available ANYWHERE?!

  • Did anybody notice that in the first scene when he's saying "miren, miren, mirenlo" he is playing the guitar left-handed and then when the scene cuts and he appears walking and saying something like "que quieren aqui hombre" he's suddenly playing it right-handed?

  • @13chinaski Hahaha... You're right! Had not noticed that!

  • @13chinaski At first, i was like...hehe error. But then i remembered the context of the scene. Albaro, the maker of the guitar doesn't know how to play it. Which is why he asks El Mariachi to play it. The error was intentional, to give you a feeling for the scene if you don't speak spanish. He pretend to play it as he is walking. XD Almost got me there!

  • i simply love this movie !
