I agree with you, it's an awesome school and it's one of the biggest places to play for, but UCLA has showed more interest in winning now with turning their program around 360*. Westwood is right in his backyard and ND better make an offer that would amaze the rest of us to get him there... it's a big commitment and an even BIGGER chance.
