Unspoken is right, the way you cook the pizza really matters. If you cook your pizza in an oven and cook a similar pizza in a wood oven with apple wood, the apple wood cooked pizza will have a sweater smokier taste as opposed to no extra flavor when cooked in an electric oven.
jamie you're gr8 cook but you talk a lot of bs ...wood and charcoal..electric oven..its just heat that cooks the pizza..same principle..no need 4 irrelevant chef doublespeak about flavour
am sorry but the taste actually varies depending on the method u bake the pizza
for example have u ever tried smoked meat or cheese?, there is an extra flavour there and the same principle applies to traditional ovens that have been heated with either wood or charcoal, most ppl would agree that there is an extra flavour
@Yiannisreaper Indeed. Smoked red pepper powder (witch he uses in spicy goulash, one of my favorites). Huge difference between smoked pepper and sweet or regular pepper spice. Try it to prove it.
My father and I have been making pizzas from scratch together since I was 12. We've done them on the grill, oven and pretty much everything possible. I'm 25 now and still making pizzas on my own. Its easy how simple it is to make how how tasty they really do come out.
I don't use sugar though I use honey as the binding. Comes out working pretty well. I also have a thick crust that we use an egg and olive oil for.
Why does jamie yell so much? He's constantly angry for some reason :(

i like this oven. I have wood oven in house, it's really great to cook anything there, even porridge.
