Why do some people eat peppers in bites like that? Just pop the whole thing in your mouth and chew it. Doing it that way avoids getting the oils on your lips.

Habaneros are typically the hottest you can buy commercially. At Meijer (the grocery store chain) I can find poblanos, serranos, anaheims, jalapenos, and habaneros, but no naga chilis.
