I know this might sound a little racist but it always makes me happy seeming someone other than a white guy out hunting. Very rarely do I see any other race out in the woods and that makes me kinda sad. I know it sounds bad but just being honest.

@maskedmillionaire ...havent tried a trail cam yet...BPS had some good deals that I might try one...but if you have some that would be nice. I cant wait for the season to start they oped up a few more Sunday hunt days in Maryland this year that will be nice. Same Good Luck to you be safe!
@MrSilver9759... thanks alot- my Gran Dad 91 years old taught me that, as he would say "we didnt have all those hippy dippy sprays back then, if you wanted cover scent you cut the deer bladder out and and put that in a preserves jar"...lol. Same to you, my friend hunt safe!!

This fall, I'm going on my very first Deer Hunt with my boyfriend, so excited.
He's probably only going to be able to get a tag for 1 though, so I'm happy to leave the shooting up to him, since I don't have that experience.
I'm a rather odd girl though, mostly my job will be, sit still, shut up, then when it's down, gut it, then when it's at the house I get to butcher :D

If you get ceder shavings. Like the ones that you put in pet pens. And boil it it makes a good cover scent too! I haven't tried it buck I am going to
