I have the solargorilla connected to a Blackberry Bold. It even charges in the dim sunlight (Holland april 2011).
Factory specifications state that the Solargorilla offers 10 Watt. This is in optimal conditions, so specifically not in Holland. It would probably take me at least half a day to charge the phone.
If you need power in a remote location, like to charge your cellular or macbook, it's best to do this in a hotel or by the 12V cigarette charger of a car.
