This version/performance is far better than the album original. Having been less than a mile from the WTC on 9-11, I particularly love the line "Exposed to a truth that we don't know, collapsing like the Twin Towers". That line and the emotion in JDB's voice as he sings it has such an effect on me. It is a shame that the Manics have been forced to censor those lyrics for the US release and their American audience. This is a very powerful song that needs to be heard and understood.
