Okay, First off if you dumb ass people don't know what a Base is then get off your couch and go look. A Base is and ALMOST the same as normal living. A Base is ONLY open to Military personal. So, if you served and you want Cigs, you can go down to your local BASE and buy them cheaper than the normal stores. A "base" is not ALWAYS in the middle of a sand hill and shit.. Damn I hate little fucking KIDS!
