As much as I love the Three Stooges, I predict this movie will be a flop. Physical humor shows never make large impacts on the silver screen for some reason. Did you ever see the Tom and Jerry movie? Even kids cried because of it. And the looney tunes gave us Space Jam which was nothing movie than a two hour commercial. I would love to be proven wrong, but we'll just have to see.

I am a life long stooges fan, and the fact they are making this movie is damn insulting to the classic original. Why does everything need a remake? Certain things should be left alone, the classic Horror movie franchises have been destroyed with crap remakes, now the Stooges are going to be destroyed by Hollywood because the Idea/new concept well obviously dried up many moons ago. I mean Snooki really? Its like taking a giant crap over the whole 90 year legacy of the Stooges. So depressing

For anyone who expects it to be "perfect" like the original shorts, you need to get a grip. It's a movie, an imitation of the real thing. Like most I agree there's no one better than the originals,but Jim Carrey, Benicio Deltoro and Sean Penn are just NOT RIGHT for these roles. I'm glad the parts were recast. Chris Diamantopoulos Sean Hayes and Will Sasso are better for these roles. These guys are proven comedic talents. Chris has played Robin Williams brfore and was spot on with his portrayal and has done stand up. Sean Hayes has years of Broadway experience and slapstick comedy on Will and Grace. Need I mention Will Sasso?
