I had hair down to my thighs, but i had my parents cut it up to my neck all for cancer <3 Im not a hater, i go with your decision and if you wanna shave your head, why should anyones elses responce hurt you? Congrats on reaching your goal. I'm sure you will look fine with a shaved head. Are you going to razor shave it after they clipper your head? That's something you've got to experience. Hopefully, you will inspire more women to do this as well. A shaved head really does accentuate a woman's facial features.

I worked with someone at Wal Mart whom I became great friends with. Well, she found out she had breast cancer and lost all her hair to chemo. I hated it because she was the only bald woman working there. I got fired later on so I thought "I'm free to do unnatural hair styles now, so I went to a salon and had them shave my head. I wore a bandana and went to dept she worked in and took it off when I saw her, she was like "Omg Annie, what did you do?!" and told her "It's for you, I love you" (:

I say go for it. either way, you are going to be stunning. I say search a place where you can donate colored hair. while I was in cosmetology school, we had like 6 girls with colored hair donate their hair. but, sadly I cant remember which place.
