@ChocolateNinja115 um hello!! i'm the nepeta here :3 i actually made the hat, but it was actually really simple to make!! i just got some blue fleece and found a simple hat pattern online and handsewed it (since i have no idea how to use a machine pff..), then i just used two circles of white felt for the eyes and a bit of white clay for the nose! i'm sorry if that didn't help much, but it's the best i can do! x)
