First off this is no uchimata. Secondly, there is no such thing as harai-guruma in judo. Harai goshi is not a reap while it is a hip throw. So isn't uchimata. For instance osoto gai is a reap.
@Erik011111111 The second throw seems to be a reap of the outer knee. The first one is clearly at the hip but the second one seems lower. What do you think? Maybe his height is skewing things up?

That is not Uchi mata or Harai Goshi.
It's O-garuma.
Uchimata is a reap of the inner thigh.
Harai Goshi is reap of the outer knee.
O-Garuma is a reap on the outer hip
and the fourth throw in the series is call
Harai Garuma.
