The Philippines today is poor coz most of the country's budget goes to payment of our foreign debt. Only small portion is used for social services like, education, health, infrastructure. The Philippines today is poor coz most of the country's budget goes to payment of our foreign debt. Only small portion is used for social services like, education, health, infrastructure. This foreign debt mess started during the Marcos era.... most of the money went to Marcos and his cronies. The parties, the gifts etc. shown in this video was an example of how public funds are used.

We have already passed those times and now we should look to the future of the country. If you have your opinion then fine but don't explain how Marcos was so great.
