looks like rachel zoe is her own worse enemy here.. when her employees dumb on her and its not one, not two doing it you wonder why and here it is.. jeremiah being used to decorate their home FOR FREE and then let go is a case in point. i hope he moves on and gets his own show and gets a nice business going out of this exposure .. nobody needs to be treated like that.
their company has no job security, and not a big incentive for employees to stick around either. once they advance in the company they get to a certain point where they're stuck because at the end of the day, they're just rachel zoe's people.

That's why he tried to assert himself with the Rachel Zoe home idea and I think that's why they let him go. He would have been better off just keeping his mouth shut and doing what he was told. Instead he was looking for attention and he got it.

I think that they hired him because they knew they were moving and they needed a house to be decorated and lucky for them they found an interior decorator and hired him so that he can decorate the house for cheap and let him go.
