This is a practice set of tires. The lug nuts are spring loaded on the rim. In a race situation the lug nuts are taken off of the tire and they hit the ground. There is a spring inside of the socket on the gun. The second rim with the the new tire has the lug nuts already glued on. You do carry extras incase one falls off.
