Too bad most liberals are silent on the war now, since Obama reversed his pre-election stance and is now is okay with it, I suppose liberals are too. Well - I admire those who continue to call the President out on this issue.

We still have our peace protests on the same corner in my town, but the group has dwindled and they don't get out there weekly any longer. War is profitable for BOTH parties. Will it ever end? Those in power don't want to end it, yet we keep giving them more power.

most Canadians oppose the war in Iraq and unlike Americans we always have. Unfortunately our prime minister is Bush's butt-boy (sadly despite his superior intelligence) and couldn't give a rat's ass

about war resistors and will do whatever his boss in Washington tells him to.

Canada, by definition, is now a Fascist State. Many have their rights taken. Many die because of it. I am Canadian and all I see is Canada being pieced up, sold off, and all our people are suffering one way or another. Many are psycholgically and physically abused to death. This has been happening since 1915.
