I have no doubt that he was born in the US and I have no doubt in his qualifications. He was born in Hawaii, which is the 51st state. He is a US citizen. I'll have dual UK/US citizenship, but that won't make me any less American. No matter what citizenship his father is, he is still American.

First, Obama doesnt have to show anybody anything. No other president has been required to show the public their birth certificate. Second, a certificate of live birth is the same as a birth certificate. I have a certificate of live birth and I think Im alive. I also had the long form but misplaced it. They only give u the short form now. They have the original in paper form in a binder.
Hawaii's acceptance as a state and the birth place of Obama are two mutually exclusive events. Tying them together as mentioned in this proposed resolution is a political move and nothing more. I live in Minnesota. The thing about the House of Representatives is, they represent one congressional district. Michele Bachmann was elected in the most Republican part of a very democratic state. The Twin Cities are liberal, the northern part of the state is quite socialist, but there is a conservative ring around the Cities. A lot of Republicans in the outer-ring suburbs. I would have loved to have voted against her, but I did not want to live out in the 'burbs with all those rednecks.

Most states are facing budget crises right now, if less severe than the ones you mentioned. That's due to the recession/depression brought on by conservative deregulation of the financial industry. Obama is not nearly as socialist as, say, the nations of Western Europe, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. These countries have not collapsed, and have very stable economies.
Actually, no. They all have universal healthcare, and Japan has a MASSIVE cradle to grave welfare system.
Oh, and have you actually experienced the healthcare in a country with a universal healthcare system? I have, in Australia and Britain, and I have absolutely no complaints. There is some underfunding, but if the levels of spending were the same as the US(double or sometimes triple the per capita spending), then the system would not know what to do with the money.
Ah, the health care in the UK? Where they have bed shortages, doctor shortages, medicine shortages, and the government tells the citizens not to come to the doctor unless they are very ill?
B)The system is underfunded. Considering the per capita spending TOTAL in Britain (both public and private) is less than half the US, it is understandable.
C) You do NOT have to be ill to go to the doctor in the UK, you can go in for a regular checkup. I do not know where you are getting this from, but I LIVED in London, so I know what the National Health Service is like.
The fact that the system is underfunded and this is arguably the most important system in a country tells me all I need to know about socialized medicine. It's the cheap way out.
I'm with dangerously. He knows nothing about the NHS. The NHS has problems but so do insurance companies. I mean if you want an appointment with a specialist, in both systems it takes time due to a shortage of specialists. In the US there is a doctor shortage as there is in every western country. I live in the EU, never heard that. You go to the doctor when you want. I live in France, I call my doctor in the morning and I can see him by the afternoon and I get into specialists w/i a week.
I've experienced healthcare in the UK as well, and have had nothing but top quality treatment. I have never been told to stay away from the doctor. I have never experienced any pharmacy running out of medication. You don't seem to realize healthcare in the US isn't perfect. The US has bed shortages, and a huge nursing shortage. Take off your rose tinted glasses.

Obama is not a natural born citizen because his father was not a citizen of the USA. To be natural born, both parents must be citizens. If he was born in Hawaii, which he refuses to prove, that would only make him a citizen, not a natural born citizen.
Also he became a citizen of Indonesia and never did apply for US citizenship after that. This makes him an illegal alien.

First, Obama doesnt have to show anybody anything. No other president has been required to show the public their birth certificate. Second, a certificate of live birth is the same as a birth certificate. I have a certificate of live birth and I think Im alive. I also had the long form but misplaced it. They only give u the short form now. They have the original in paper form in a binder.

In Hawaii Obama could not register for little league with this copy. One could not get a passport. You could not even get a land grant. People don't know the difference between Fascism, Socialism, Societal social aspects and Totalitarianism. Most of the comments have jumbled up most of it and when people start to correct them because they are educated, they turn out to be commies. The ignorance astounds me. We need to overhaul the education system and start over. Too many people are not knowledgable at all and it is sad.

I live in Minnesota. The thing about the House of Representatives is, they represent one congressional district. Michele Bachmann was elected in the most Republican part of a very democratic state. The Twin Cities are liberal, the northern part of the state is quite socialist, but there is a conservative ring around the Cities. A lot of Republicans in the outer-ring suburbs. I would have loved to have voted against her, but I did not want to live out in the 'burbs with all those rednecks.

Bill Gates' Microsoft stock lost 40 billion. Here's some stats. Adult illiteracy in 2003 - GA 17%, MN 6%. Life expectancy - GA #41 (75.3), MN #2 (78.8). Median Household Income 2008 - GA $49,136, MN $55,802. Violent crimes per 100k pop. - GA 712, MN 312. I could go on all day. Minnesota has a higher quality of life than Georgia.

Most states are facing budget crises right now, if less severe than the ones you mentioned. That's due to the recession/depression brought on by conservative deregulation of the financial industry. Minnesota is facing severe spending cuts imposed by our Republican governor. Another 50 years of budget cuts and we'll start to look like Georgia, only with more teeth! Oh, and have you actually experienced the healthcare in a country with a universal healthcare system? I have, in Australia and Britain, and I have absolutely no complaints. There is some underfunding, but if the levels of spending were the same as the US(double or sometimes triple the per capita spending), then the system would not know what to do with the money.

B)The system is underfunded. Considering the per capita spending TOTAL in Britain (both public and private) is less than half the US, it is understandable.
C) You do NOT have to be ill to go to the doctor in the UK, you can go in for a regular checkup. I do not know where you are getting this from, but I LIVED in London, so I know what the National Health Service is like.

I'm with dangerously. He knows nothing about the NHS. The NHS has problems but so do insurance companies. I mean if you want an appointment with a specialist, in both systems it takes time due to a shortage of specialists. In the US there is a doctor shortage as there is in every western country. I live in the EU, never heard that. You go to the doctor when you want. I live in France, I call my doctor in the morning and I can see him by the afternoon and I get into specialists w/i a week.

I've experienced healthcare in the UK as well, and have had nothing but top quality treatment. I have never been told to stay away from the doctor. I have never experienced any pharmacy running out of medication. You don't seem to realize healthcare in the US isn't perfect. The US has bed shortages, and a huge nursing shortage.
