    Yes, I do. The drain hole needs put in after the transom fiberglass work is finished.

  • I glassed in my drain hole too....dont need it with the auto bilge i got...also, have you ever heard of West Systems Epoxy? its like 125 for a gallon and i used about 90% of the gallon redoing my GW Invader...Instead of thin glass like u had i used industrial fireproof glass blanket, VERY thick stuff ....i used spray faom under my flooring which is completely glassed in now...i herd this was a no no, but i didnt know what to use ...pics up after Afghanistan deployment :}

  • I thought about buying this one although I already have another. It needs the same treatment as yours. Looks like you have done a nice job. Where do you plan to use it?

    How tough was it to do the repair working from the inside. Thinking about cutting mine in two. ??????

    I tried to separate the deck and hull but it was glassed together pretty well. It wasnt bad working from inside, just a little messy.

    500 w/ trailer, no motor. Just picked up a 73' Johnson 40. hope to have it in the water next spring.
