whatch what you scrap. some of that can be worht more money to some people than it ever will be for scrap. those ac tractors might have been good for a lot of people and i knew quite a few people that would have been interested in the old disc.

There is alot of money in scraping.Your lucky to have some setting around the farm.The hard part is finding it and getting it.Some people wont part with nothing or they think there getting all the money.I been doing it for awhile.It is fun to to do tho.You should go to harbor freight and get a winch and a receiver mount for the truck.It will save alot of wear and tear on your truck.

Those dead sheep take me back to 1957 when I was living on the five acres my parents bought in 1937 so my father could have horses and a barn. My father let a man keep some sheep in the pasture that fall. It seemed like every other day one of the nasty things would die and my father would have to tend to getting rid of the carcass. For some reason it gave me the creeps and I could hardly sleep at night thinking of them out there in the dark--I was glad when he took them away.

@stevensf1504x41 Detroit True Trac is probably his best bet, and he should check the gears and re-gear while the rear end is apart, i would get a whole new carrier and axle shafts too, do it all at once, new parts would help the stock 10 bolt isn't gonna hold up to much abuse, i'd get 4.10's, axles and the True Trac and take it easy so it lasts, and use synthetic gear oil
