@MrBeatlesfan WHAT. i saw them at pitchfork and there was amazing energy all around. They even played a few bad religion covers and the crowd was screaming and moshing and crowd surfing. it was one of the most intense set's i've seen. maybe it was just a good summer vibe.
@MrBeatlesfan They ´re awesome Live, I saw them In Festival Paredes de Coura (Portugal ) and in 50 bands in the whole festival they were for sure the most energetic ones. Crowdsurfing..pit mosh..It was fucking unbelievable. they looked surprised tough.. probably they werent expecting it .. I dont know. People went crazy when played sleeper hold especially..I didnt see anyone just there doing nothing. Cheers
"SHOP Subpop.com..." fuck that, I'm not letting awesome music get ruined by a corporation that will potentially get richer and only give a fuck about quarter profits and cut talented musicians like this for instance. Any record label that tells me to by stuff from them will never get my money. Thumbs up if you agree.
@Wwhackk Warners bros. is a corporation, because it has several labels under its name, wheras sub pop is one, independet label. But I see what you mean.
why is it that indie bands seem to put more effort into their film clips than the actual music? It seems as if they write film clips and then decide to put music to it geez.

Accidents are beautiful... you should all come over and watch my 1 year old baby brother. the key is keeping an open-mind throughout your whole life. I've even heard a 26 year-old say he doesn't listen to any new music cause everything good has already been done. this annoys me to no end
@subpolarity Years and years of bad, modern, "popular" music has fueled a generation that's slowly but surely bringing on a revolution of sound. Even TV commercials these days are heavily featuring indie genres because they know it's the only thing left that people don't automatically tune-out from. The soul, creativity, and talent is being lapped up by ears rather than being dismissed as a freak—haven't had that in a while.
Believe it or not, the first time I heard this song (indeed, the first time I ever head No Age) was on Mtv. Not MtvU, not Mtv2, but straight-up prime-time Mtv. There was even a little No Age interview in front of it. I can't for the life of me imagine why I was watching Mtv, but I guess it payed off.
@ratmfan223344 If ur gonna accuse them of "ripping off" another band then at least accuse them of ripping off a band they sound at least remotely like
The feedback shit-static they insist upon every song is the reason they'll never be recognized out of closed circles of pabst drinking angsters. Get rid of that and they're great.
music of this decade was vastly underrated with all the autotune abuse, butt-rock, decline of mainstream hip-hop etc. Even though we may not be hearing about this type of music on MTV doesn't mean it's not readily accessible . There were so many good albums this decade. I prefer it to the 90s.

@dropd26 It's because of major labels having all the money and paying radio stations and mtv to play their artists stuff the most... Indie artists have it the hardest, but that just means they are harder working humans who deserve the most respect!!! Down with the corporate pop crap!!!
@Velourium very interesting, and thought provoking, comment! i happen to agree with you. its normal for people to diss the current "decade" as not having any meaningful music, as compared to other decades. i think it really comes down to musical evolution and how forms evolve and give way to emerging genres and sub genres.what sucks is stagnation, or when something has been played out and becomes reduced to formula.
@Velourium You said exactly what I'm always thinking. Good music is so readily accessible in this decade. You can find it so easily but also there is so much music it's staggering. People don't care and are lazy so they just stick to the old stuff or there's the people who just listen to what's on the radio still. It's sad to see so many people missing out.
@Velourium COMPLETELY Agree. I mean, The Fleet Foxes Album was Amazing, Arcade Fire Pumped out 3 incredible albums, Animal Collectibe, T.V. on the Radio, the stripes, the strokes, Interpol, Arctic Monkeys, Etc...We've had a hell of a lot of good music made in the past 10 years.
