I don't understand how the breatharian can look fit while other girls who are attempting to not eat look like skeletons!! Perhaps those girls have too many negative thoughts depleting their body?
@quitejaded Good question :-) Yes, I'm sure you are right - if someone (not necessarily just a females) tries to not eat BUT still believes that she/he needs the food and that being without it for a few days or weeks will have negative impact then that creates a lot of negative energy and a conflict. And that's why there s a big difference between starvation and fasting, and between breatharianism and anorexia...
@TaterGumfries well I eat very little (and then it's only a fruit) and I do drink water and sometimes a juice, tea...most of people would be very sick, if not death. It took few years, some basic knowledge of meditation , yoga, breathing exercises, so it's not easy. But do I walk around and "claiming" I'm breatharian and try to make money put of it or start a "cult" or something? No, I don't...
if breatharian's survive on a prana "life force" then could a breatharian survive in a smoggy city like L.A? or a rainy/cold city like Boston? Or a city where there isn't much sunlight in general?
@CerebralPrince10 Good question - and I actually lived in Boston for a few years. My experience is that it is very challenging to be, or to try to become, an Breatharian in a big city, being it Boston, NYC, L.A., S.F, London or Prague ;-) It's not just the unhealthy air but also so many people who eat on hourly basics.
I now live in Western Massachusetts where it's easier although even better would be near ocean in a warmer climate :-) But here I have access to yoga teachers ;-)
I like this so much more than other "thinspirstion" videos, because these women look strong, toned, and above all healthy. A nice change from montages of skeletal models.
@NotMyShoes Thanks for the nice comment ;-) I'm glad you like my montage...the usual "thinspiriation" or whatever it is called, is done by teenage girls, and I'm not neither so maybe that's why mine video is a bit different :-)
@breatharians But to my knowledge, someone who is anorexic thinks it is GOOD to not eat. Why do they not see positive results? In fact, they have incredibly negative thoughts every time they eat and feel best when they are not eating.
when i see people doing mudras i wonder if their kundalini is flowing and they are actually harnessing energy but i suppose the gesture is like an asana in itself and might cause something to spark , :D
