I always try to stop crying with the idea that Judith didn't feel any pain when she was killed. She didn't know it was her father who shot her, and she didn't even realize that she was going to die at that moment because she was asleep. She was killed in her sleep. We all might miss her, but she started her journey to heaven without problems and without pain. I think that's the most important thing.

Sadly,no matter how many videos like this one are made,child-abuse will continue,simply because there will always be warped adults who will exert power over the vulnerable.I don't wish to sound defeatest,sincerely I don't,and I'd love to see a day when such abuse is eradicated.But the awful truth is,this sort of abuse will continue.All we,as right-minded people can do is be ever vigilant.If we so much as suspect something is not quite right,report your concerns to the correct authorities!

just want to say how Special little miss Judith Barsi was to me and most of People. and wish she was not taken so young it all was makes me cry when i see the video but i go and watch it oven and over. thank you for making the video for all of us to see. yes your right she play in Eye Of The Tiger with Gary Busey as his Daughter. I wish I knew why this has affected me as strongly as it did. I had heard many cruel, sad child stories before this one, but none have affected me as strongly as this one has. I can never visit this video without breaking down in tears.

I need somebody's help, anybody that can explain this to me. I loved the Land Before Time as a child, and I love it today as an eighteen year old. But I never knew about Judith Barsi's death, and only found out about it recently. Heck, I only found out about Judith Barsi's existence recently, yet for some reason, anytime I think about it, some emotional damn within me just breaks, and I weep uncontrollably. Can anybody explain why I do that, even though I only just found out about Judith Barsi?

Actually, she was not killed by knife. She and her mother were shot by the father while they were sleeping. Then he killed himself three days later.

@xoxoshortiepiexoxo relax, just because they disliked a video doesn't mean they hate everything it stands for; they might have had a issue with a detail (such as the fact that judith died in 1988, not '85)

I am so ENRAGED! Poor girl. Ducky was such a lovely character, and it was because of Judith's brilliant ability and nature that she shone through. The worst part is that Judith and her mother Maria knew that Jozef was going to kill them, as well as the neighbours. Imagine living with that.
