it's easy to melt chocolate...just put the chocolate into a bowl, then pour hot water (not boiling) in a bigger bowl, then place the bowl with the choc in the bowl with water and let the choc slowly melt...it helps if you stir the choc while it melts.

yes, under 100 degrees...just make sure the water is not boiling, otherwise the choc will separate & become burned. Chocolate melts at relatively warm temperature, it literally melts in your mouth, so you can also use warm water, though it takes a bit longer to melt than in hot water. Stir the choc while it melts will help to balance it out & melt more evenly.

But do take care when you melt the choc, if you're not careful & the water's too hot, it's a failed attempt.

I will answer your question for you...Caplico does not contain any ice cream, it's all chocolate with a cone, to make it look like a ice cream cone.
