  • I think so, too. Esteban Sánchez. I love his performance. Amazing!

  • The player is Esteban Sánchez. I think this was recorded in 1968.

  • no it's just a 4 minute part. I have De Larrocha's and its about 13.40 and it's over 20 pages of music. Probably his biggest work for piano excluding Iberia of course...

  • Is this the whole piece, or are there multiple versions of this? I have a recording on the Naxos label by Guillermo Gonzalez that is over 15 minutes long.

  • mistical music totally diferent from iberia but it also has this "albeniz touch" i it.... i presume this is one of his final works right?

  • De Larocha is the best ,try to find a recording

  • i played this piece for my 3'rd year recital in university. horribly difficult, but worth every moment. not very popular for some reason. i do not know if it is the difficulty or the piece itself

  • listen to de larrocha............she reigns

  • I agree,de larocha!

  • Just a little bit too fast, for my taste...

By the way who plays this one?

  • Wanderful!!!!!!

  • Me encanta esta pieza de Albéniz desde que era pequeña.

  • awesome piece!!!!!!!!!

  • it's not a guitar:( i think i prefer the guitar to the piano, but still a gorgeous piece!

  • This piece was written for piano by Alneniz

  • i know, but ive heard it performed as a guitar concerto type of thing, and it was really an amazing display of talent and beautiful sound:) either way, a great piece!
