This music really hit home for me at the end of Gwendolyn's book when she goes up against Odette. There's just something so awesomely romantic about a woman who will fight and destroy death itself to get her husband back...

Amazing final boss theme

Love this game! Has a fantastic soundtrack and a deep story which is hard to find in a lot of games. Along with simple game play which makes it assessable, but is hard enough to still pose a great challenge. Also the art was just fantastic love the look of the boss. I got to say this game top at number 2 of my favorite PS2 games for all time.

Hope they make more games like this because this was a great game, and so was there newer game oboro muramasa. I really do hope to see more of this.

When I first fought the Queen of the Dead with this music playing, I thought it was the final boss. This just sounds like perfect final boss music.

@gruntora It IS still played for the final Onyx battle during the Armageddon.

Although upon completing the game, I have to say that the real final boss music was pretty underwhelming in comparison to this and, for that mater, pretty much every boss song in the game.

@gruntora Lol ik dude, I've beaten Odin Sphere all the way through three times and watched LOTS of vids. Not many people are that good at it, honestly.

Leventhan's music is simply a different variation of "The Fated Path" depending on whether you got the good or bad ending. It does kinda suck. I consider all of the Armageddon bosses "final bosses" (not the Epilogue bosses), so I was pointing out that THIS theme technically is a final boss theme. Mercedes' final boss: Onyx.

@megakirby9 I know that. When I said "final boss theme of all the characters" I was talking about the stories e.g. the boss at the end of the book.

e.g. With Gwendolyn it plays against Odette, with Cornelius it plays against Belial, with Mercedes it plays against Odin also etc.
