@maydaytao10 : There's guides all over howardforums explaining how to add media to keitais. You just gotta convert it to a format the OS of the phone recognizes.

I have T-mo and I've brought about 2 hypersims,neither of them worked.

it keeps saying "UIM NOT RECOGNIZED"

@XXDanceMimiDanceXX : It works on TMO. Back when I had it, it worked just fine. If you receive UIM NOT RECOGNIZED it's either the hypersims you got didn't support the phone or you didn't CPR properly.

Maybe it is the hypersims ,I seem to have destroyed them somehow in the process of taking them out and putting them back in after a while.

I've had the phone almost a year and it's pretty much just been a decoration piece.

which brand hypersim did you use? I have a no-cut one now and the other...I cant remember..

Any GSM network that uses a SIM CARD.

So for example in the US. T-Mobile and AT&T qualify as GSM networks, so only those.

I don't have a plan with AT&T, but I have service on AT&T, T-Mobile, Vodafone Poland, Vodafone Australia, T-mobile Germany, and FarEasTone Taiwan.

I have service with whatever carriers I want. You can just purchase a docomo phone. I can arrange for a hypersim for you and you'll be on AT&T network with your docomo phone in no time. Well then again cost of the docomo phone and hypersim would be another story.

Nope, I can crack the locks so the locks don't bother me at all.

I program hypersims. So the hypersim I program can fix this problem. So that's the secret.

Now all you gotta do is find me and get one of those hypersims and you should be all set.

as long as you have a hypersim card yes it will work. but you can't just buy any sim card it has to be compatable with the phone. So don't just buy any sim card. You can buy them on Ebay.

Of course not. these phones are suppose to be sold in japan only and are for use in japan only as well.

And then importers will bring them into their countries for sale in their countries. But generally they don't exist outside of Japan. You can't just walk into your local mobile shop to really find a slew of them.

Nope. Touchscreen isn't that big of a deal in Japan. No one cares. Wi-Fi? There's free internet stations all over places in Japan as well so you don't need wifi on a phone. Internet is too cheap and it's available 101% of the time.
