  • Nice polish music ;) 1st :) 2nd bad acoustics! :) 3... nice recording :) very nice !:)

  • the orchestra is too loud!! probably the best mix i've heard is ashkenazy's version...

  • Bravísimo!!

  • It's sad that nobody cares that Chopin is a Polish man. And there were many great Poles:Frederic Chopin,Roman Polański, Nicolaus Copernicus,John Paul ||,Marie Sklodowska-Curie and many many others and there is a large group of people in America that don't even know that such country as Poland exists. They usually think that there are only The United States and nothing else in the world(I said usually, because of course not everybody acts like that).Sad for me,as a Pole myself.

  • dullll3456789 >>> Most people living outside of Poland won't really care that Chopin was Polish just as they won't care that Liszt was Hungarian, but anyone who loves Chopin's music will be aware that he was Polish. I can't speak for Americans. I was born here in Scotland. My dad was Polish. You expect far too much if you think people should care.

  • @lewars1912 maybe you're right, maybe i am expecting too much from people..but i'm a patriot,so i am a little crazy about this...:)just the thing that Poland isn't known so much as America makes me a little angry, especially that there are a lot of Poles out there...but that was a little bit too agressive.

sorry for my english,no the best...

    I COULD'NT AGREE MORE!

  • fishwithoutwings - watch the finale of the film The Pianist for piano and orchestra - truely a masterpiece

  • The tops of the Dom7 4 octave chord arpeggios sounded flat.

  • Interesting, I had never heard it with orchestration before. I love this piece.

  • youtube search for Roman Polanskis "The Pianist" Adrien Brody plays the polish pianist wladyslav szpilman. In the credits scene, the camera focuses on brody's musical double's hands. The peice is played magnificently, and you'll hear an even greater sound quality for the orchestration, as well as the piano.

  • Chopin was a brilliant man...

  • Romania is a very cultured place, but not very known , for reasons I am oblivious to

  • Nice expression and interpretation! :D 5 stars!

  • Interesting. I thought the videographer maybe got in the piano soloist's face too close and somewhat unnerved him...Have no idea who the soloist is or the orchestra that accompanies him but I like the sonority very much.

  • Great interpretazione. Thanks for posting

  • Una composizione superba!!!
