gas gauge goes down or up as the bike pitches forward or back and all the gas slides to the front or back of the tank. It's not using gas that quickly, though it would be using a lot!

I think its the Acceleration and De-acceleration causing the position of the Fuel in the Tank to shift, which in turn effects the gauge indicator.

yes it is normal speed, compare the speed the blinker is flashing while bike is accelerating, if the vid was played faster, that should speed up too. and yes it should brake that fast. I would be worried if it didnt - you would be tomato paste on the back of a car.

Stick corners in there, then its a different matter. I have done 182 mph (292.9 KM/h) in a straight line on a CBR Fireblade..its easy. Difference is, I did it on a runway at a military base, so no cars :) Maybe I am a chicken..who knows.
