@juliancisthebest i don't think nardwuar is an asshole. He tests people's souls. In this case, I'm fairly impressed with the strokes. When you take into account that they give him a lot of time, and they are nursing a hangover.
And the real asshole is that low ender Vancouverite who told them to get the fuck out of his town. After that, the Strokes seemed a bit down. Nardwuar is funny, though, so there is no point blaming him. He provides a service and opens minds and challenges....

@juliancisthebest nardwuar is the asshole? haha. Nardwuar just wants to be the quirky guy who's interviewed everyone since the early 90's. I'm sure Nirvana in '94 agreed to do an interview with him because he was an asshole. yeah.. he got real far with the asshole bit.
I love the strokes but have never been more bored in my life. So what the fuck are YOU talking about? Do they like to have fun and laugh? apparently not.

@juliancisthebest i don't think nardwuar is an asshole. He tests people's souls. In this case, I'm fairly impressed with the strokes. When you take into account that they give him a lot of time, and they are nursing a hangover.
And the real asshole is that low ender Vancouverite who told them to get the fuck out of his town. After that, the Strokes seemed a bit down. Nardwuar is funny, though, so there is no point blaming him. He provides a service and opens minds and challenges....

The Strokes are kind of ass holes. These two jerk offs do not even realize that Nardwuar has interviewed Jello Biafra, Wesley Willis, Slayer, Josh Homme, Snoop Dogg, Jay Z. I guess Nardwuar is kind of a Canadian thing that these guys thought they were cool.

they're taking themselves seriously because at that time theyre a young band and new to that kinda interview experience, especially when the interviewer is Nardwuar, hes pretty annoying.

well they did inspire ALEX TURNER of ARCTIC MONKEYS to start the band,ALEX said in a interview that he decided to start a band once after a STROKES show he saw and came out really inspired by them...I LOVE BOTH BANDS!!!
