He is well aware they are invisible. University tests and other independent testing with state certified analyzers were showing low and sometimes no carbon out. Some people who don't think about what they say are claiming the carbon builds up in the bubbler but only a small portion of exhaust is going to the bubbler. When the unit is taken apart there is not an ever increasing build up of carbon on the tubes. University test show elements in the exhaust not present in the intake gases.

I've seen a lot more patents over a 2 year period, most work very well. Companies usually don't waste patents on bad products. I have seen the very first catalytic converters designed were actually for cracking intake gases using exhaust heat instead of only for exhaust gases, but the gas mileage was too high. The patents' text documents the testing and proof that they work. MIT made their own fuel reformer and tried to force it to market with help from Arvin Meritor. One Equity Parters bought out the company division and its design for 300+ million US$ and they terminated its deployment in cars.
I looked up, and you are right - there are plenty of such patents. Using Google's patent search, search terms "hydrogen gasoline", I got dozens. You should refer to actual stuff when stating such.
What is interesting with the above-mentioned patents, and really all the patents I browsed through, is that they do not state that the engine will run 50% more efficient overall or anything like that. What they state is that on "low and mean loads" of the engine, you get into a problem with the gasoline/air mixture, and thus waste more gas.
So the system only works on low and mean loads - when you need full power of the engine, the engine should be run on pretty much plain gas.
So, what I think, is that this is a system for idling and very low-load scenarios. Which isn't necessarily a bad idea - this is exactly what e.g. Prius tries to fix too.
However, one starts to wonder whether this basically has much to do with the battery: If the engine effectively "runs on battery" when idling/low load, and then the battery charges back when running full power - there isn't, at least, much conservation of fuel in the total.
It is just to use google's patent search system, or any other of the probably 2000 patent search systems out there. "They've bought patents in the past" - WHICH ONES, please?!?!
A patent only lasts for so many years, typically 20. Many of the patents in question have lapsed decades ago. They are free to use.

It's a case of lots of claims of which no independent test results are available, something that we've seen before along the lines of Dennis Lee, Daniel Dingel and Stan Meyer. Hydrogen reactions seem interesting yet there is no hydrogen in this machine. If plants take Co2 and exhale Oxygen in there photosynthesis a silly presumption would be its burning Co2 which surely is and i am sure many professionals would back me up here be a silly assumption. Einstein says "the only thing limiting my genius is my education" so its always good to keep an open mind on things like this. that, that is impossible may actually not be, only you are told it is. There is nothing strange about this, but this process does not get rid of the carbon it just filters it. You get an oil hot enough it will burn add water to hot oil it will also burn that's not a mystery that's not a ooh plasma that's simple theory. So you have a EGR bubbling through fresh fuel then heating it up weather its a heavy oil or not heated up it will burn. Its a sure way of increased efficiency you still going to get an emission less/kg maybe. co2 will surely still be present

Its a plasma fuel reformer. Paul has had university testing that verified the carbon was missing, not filtered. I believe he had Sandia labs test also with similar results. Must be some new form of nuclear reaction, not a hot reaction. Jean Chambrin made a similar device with similar results.

You DO realize that he is describing nuclear reactions? The actual energy yielded from what he claims is going on would FAR exceed the output you are seeing. The radiation from such nuclear reactions would fry everyone involved.

If you are a real engineer you will understand this:
1. He claims the carbon from the crude oil is entirely consumed and converted to oxygen (since oxygen is the main product in the exhaust gas, he says). Since crude oil is ~85% carbon, that little squirt of oil he gave it is at least 10 g of carbon.

I built this and it works. A fellow experimenter Leo Umila put one on a turbo diesel and he is getting 4X the mileage. My friend Mike in the USA put a sight glass on the end on his GEET and he can see a blue plasma glow around the rod while it is running.

If I remember correctly, the GEET company lawyer wanted to get paid and said Paul could pay him with more GEET stock. The lawyer said he could make the papers for Paul to sign. Paul signed the papers and then the lawyer went to the SEC and district attorney claiming that Paul just illegally issued more stock in the company. But Paul didn't know better. He was just following his lawyer's advice. But I haven't heard all sides to the story and might not be remembering exactly correct.

Its not outside fission or fusion, its just not a typical "hot" process. Its some new nuclear process that needs more research. Jean Chambrin of France made a similar device in the 1970's and his also had transmuting elements as documented in his patents.

Also if he has all these patents, why are there no patents registered in his name for this amazing device? He has no plausible explanation for how this device works (although I love the reference to transmutation.) Is Paul a modern day alchemist?

He is well aware they are invisible. University tests and other independent testing with state certified analyzers were showing low and sometimes no carbon out. Some people who don't think about what they say are claiming the carbon builds up in the bubbler but only a small portion of exhaust is going to the bubbler. When the unit is taken apart there is not an ever increasing build up of carbon on the tubes. University test show elements in the exhaust not present in the intake gases.

I've seen a lot more patents over a 2 year period, most work very well. Companies usually don't waste patents on bad products. I have seen the very first catalytic converters designed were actually for cracking intake gases using exhaust heat instead of only for exhaust gases, but the gas mileage was too high. I compiled the actual pdf files of over 200 patents as part of a zip file.

LOL!!!! You are so naive. I have see more than 200 patents specifically for on-board car fuel reformers that give better gas mileage and cleaner air. Most are owned by oil & auto companies. The patents' text documents the testing and proof that they work. MIT made their own fuel reformer and tried to force it to market with help from Arvin Meritor. One Equity Parters bought out the company division and its design for 300+ million US$ and they terminated its deployment in cars.

I looked up, and you are right - there are plenty of such patents. Using Google's patent search, search terms "hydrogen gasoline", I got dozens. You should refer to actual stuff when stating such.

What is interesting with the above-mentioned patents, and really all the patents I browsed through, is that they do not state that the engine will run 50% more efficient overall or anything like that. What they state is that on "low and mean loads" of the engine, you get into a problem with the gasoline/air mixture, and thus waste more gas.
So the system only works on low and mean loads - when you need full power of the engine, the engine should be run on pretty much plain gas.

So, what I think, is that this is a system for idling and very low-load scenarios. Which isn't necessarily a bad idea - this is exactly what e.g. Prius tries to fix too.
However, one starts to wonder whether this basically has much to do with the battery: If the engine effectively "runs on battery" when idling/low load, and then the battery charges back when running full power - there isn't, at least, much conservation of fuel in the total.

A patent only lasts for so many years, typically 20. Many of the patents in question have lapsed decades ago. They are free to use.

If you have separated water into H2 and O2, you may however RECOMBINE it and release energy.
But, you dumb fuck, how do you think it was separeted? Yes, correct - by STICKING ENERGY INTO IT.
This is so boring to explain to dumb fucks, but the point is that Hydrogen can effectively be used as a "battery": You "charge up" by splitting water, and then you "use it" by recombining it.

yet another great mind. please someone do something for all these great minds i am finding out that anyone with a real good invention to get us off oil or provide simple clean and free energy iether get food poisond killd or disapears with out trace doesnt take a rocket scientist to fuigure this one out i just pray that someone or some people do something for these people how can we regain control on how we live or the quality of it the more i learn the more my eyes open

What i don`t understand is why such machines as lets say 200% efficiency machines/generators are in a grey area.
Aren`t there any studies that say: This machines were tested by scientists all over the world and they don`t or do work for shure.?

I read that you can NOT get more energy out of something then you put in in the first place.
Then how comes that nuclear reactors are profitable?
Does the production of a nuclear bomb use the same ammount of energy that it unleashes?
What about solar, wind, wave, ocean and stored water energy?
They seem pretty much free to me.
I`am not a scientist so i`am just asking for answers.

nuclear reactions are chain and also destroy matter unleashing MC^2 energy aka the energy stored in matter.
solar harvests energy from photons at like 11% efficiency
wind wave and similar energy comes from harvesting kinetic energy from a moving liquid or gas
Think about it the reason this doesn't work is because the maximum amount of energy released by h2 mixing with o is the same amount of energy required to split it and since nothing is 100% efficient it fails

It does work & for more than 100 years. The energy required is the otherwise wasted heat energy of the exhaust gases. That heat is absorbed by the endothermic steam reforming chemical reaction that cracks both hydrocarbons & water vapours. Lighter gases then carry more potential energy into the engine than longer chain hydr0carbons. google search "steam reforming" & "plasma fuel reformer". This man's & Jean Chambrin's unusual versions also have unknown nuclear processes taking place.

Looked at steam reforming its cool but it still runs on 75% hydrocarbons and the only examples i found used methane. checked out plasma fuel reformer also cool but that runs entirely on hydrocarbons no water involved. its a cool idea i will give you that but i am not sure about hydrogen providing enough force (on top of other problems) to run an engine effectively check out current hydrogen combustion engines. finally really skeptical about an unknown nuclear process so until it becomes known..

you are just seeing the tip of the iceberg. wiki uses methane as example but it works with a wide range of hydrocarbon. Don't close your eyes to so many experimenters who verify they have working systems using more water. google and download FuelRefomerTechnology.zip to see over 200 patents for on-board fuel reformers, many owned by auto and oil companies. Many have proof of better fuel economy and cleaner air in the testing data in the patents' text. But they won't sell cars with them.

Atoms heavier than Hydrogen are created (up to Iron) in stars through a process called fusion. the heavier elements including nuclear elements are created through the super nova of large stars - when we use them for energy it's called fission. The continent of North America and some African nations are rich in Uranium. The stigma of the "A Bomb" and the fact that nuclear waste is deadly prevent US exploitation of this cheap energy source. We (U.S.)now have a designated spot for this waste BTW.

Also, the thing you're refering to, about no free energy, is called the law of thermodynamics. Your typical lead acid car battery works through the chemical process, Your average electrical house fan works by manipulation of the electromagnetic (aka electromotive) force, Your incandescent light bulb works because the filament gives off heat and light, both of which are part of the electromagnetic spectra. Rockets work cause Hydrogen is in one tank - O2 in the other, burn nicely, exhaust is H2O.

Personally I'm skeptical about running stuff off of water, It takes more energy to seperate the chemical bond of Hydrogen to Oxygen, than what you get out of it, when you burn it. But I digress, There may be a more efficent way to do it. I've heard some are experimenting with the use of frequency harmonics (electromagnetic, not audio), to break the H2O bond. But seriously, if there ever is/was a breakthrough, I don't think it will ever come to market - the fossile fuel industry is a monster.
