They are really,really,really robotic sounding. Its cool and all but i have autotuned vocals when recording my band and thats how autotune screams sound.

It's just doubled. Either he went back and recorded it a second time and Joey put the two tracks together, or he took one of his tracks and detuned it slighty to make a doubling effect.
