@FreedumbFighter28 I think it is an automatic window washer or a part of a washer platform. I think the hose coming out of the mechanical floor is the water supply hose. I think there is a piece of cloth debris that has landed on top of it. Somebody sent me the model of washer used on the towers, this is different. Would make sense there would be a washer upgrade over the years, this could be a different model. I am not 100% sure but I do know what it is not.
I suppose with all these cutter charges placed throughout the central core that some may have "gone off" before schedule and this panel of crumpled metal that has been forced out the building is the result of that process.

If you look closely around 2:04 you'll see it's an I-beam or a similar supporting piece of metal that has broken.
The debris around it looks like some sort of insulation, carpet maybe.
The 'hoses' look like power cables, maybe even elevator cables. The building had been hit by a large jet, causing devastating damage.
I'm pretty that kind of damage could send an I beam through a thick wall.

@FreedumbFighter28 I think it is an automatic window washer or a part of a washer platform. I think the hose coming out of the mechanical floor is the water supply hose. I think there is a piece of cloth debris that has landed on top of it. Somebody sent me the model of washer used on the towers, this is different. Would make sense there would be a washer upgrade over the years, this could be a different model. I am not 100% sure but I do know what it is not.
