  • well done to the pilot. gutsy decision.

  • wow! that pilot was amazing!

  • Nice simulation. What progrman is that?

  • flaps or spoiler or so call lift dumper will cause the plane to have an nose down actitude in order to manitain airspeed which in this case the won"t really need it

  • you need musik in you videos

  • Sully for the win!

  • i watched a show on this the other night, the pilot had to land it on an 11 degree angle, anything else the plane wouldve split in two.. amazing.

  • why didnt the driver put the flaps on?

  • Probably the same reason he didn't lower the landing gear. Keeping the plane as 'smooth' as possible (not lowering flaps) would lessen the likelihood of the plane flipping end for end. Just my opinion as someone who has piloted before. Any professional pilots out there please correct me or fine tune my response.

  • thanks for clearing that up for me!

  • The pilot didn't used flaps and spoilers

  • i think it's made with an addon program for google earth or something

and yes, the aircraft flies like it would with a kid in the cockpit

  • whoever made that simulation flys like a 2 yr old

  • Um... That was a simulation made by the black box info, computer made, no one was flying it.

  • oh didn't know that

    thanks

  • Can you just tell me which software you use for this animation . The animation is looking realistic . Good work

  • Sully is my hero :)

  • nice but....didnt the dude use the flaps?????

  • cant. they could touch the water

  • oh i see then,,...then if that...the driver did a good job lol

  • Yeah he did everything he had to.

  • pilot not driver

  • yea i 4got wat it was wen i typed that lol same thing .pilot

  • using the flaps on a big plane without engines? come on :) better check what flaps are used for

  • i know...there to like decrease the speed n keep it steady...but to land on water i wasnt sure .......................

  • but you miss very important part. they really decrease the stall speed, so the aircraft can go slower on the approach, BUT this is in exchange of some thrust from the engines. flaps increase drag. and if you do that on a plane without engines...

  • yea ur right! ... i was just confused lol..

  • oh wow..... o.O

  • genius!! Well Done. My congratulations... you are a true aeroplane fan....

  • Nice! 5/5

  • Greatly Simulated!

  • I just think it's awesome that you can land in the water and it will be like that... Little realistic things like that can make a big difference...

  • Damn that went fast. Thanks. aloha :)

  • LOL Where are the brids?

  • my video is just like that too cool vid

  • Suggestion: Do this in real time and add ATC recording. Also, I don't understand the oscillating of the aircraft. It was caught on a live camera over the Bronx/Northern Manhattan area for around 20 seconds and was flying very smoothly.

  • You said it yourself, since it wasn't in real time the oscillations look more exaggerated, in real time you probably wouldn't notice it as much

  • exellent work

  • Wow very steep, nice.

  • nice.

  • Wow very nice simulation!

  • Amazing
