  • can you please tell me the song at the end of the video ??

  • @LatinoElmito The name of the song is "Me gustas tu" Manuchao.

  • I want to congratulate the production team fro this documentary for a well job; however, this film clearly demonstrates that to every conflict you've got two three sides. Unfortunately, this film portrays a leftist point of view. It lacks the point of view of the neutral citizens and right winged factions. In order to understand the underlying problems of modern El Salvador, I would really advise this. By the way, its "Aeropuerto Internacional de Comalapa", not "Cuscatlan".

  • If I live in El Salvador and the documentary is about El Salvador, Why I cannot see it?....

  • @luiseduardocorreos Here are the TV stations the movie is playing on this week:

    Izcanal TV

    Canal 23

    Canal 10

    Canal 21

    check the stations for times

  • Esta pelicula es solo propaganda comunista.

  • @momousagi1989 se nota la falta de alfabetismo XD....pero no todos queremos ser letrados se nota, algunos nos gustan los libros y a otros como usted solo las peliculas de rambo jajaja

  • This over population, crime, poverty and these "hamster wheel" politics can all be attributed to ignorance. Let's look at why people that even can't feed themselves are having 3,4,5 kids?

Let's look at some of these "politicians" in most Salvadorean cities or pueblos that haven't even finished college yet they're mayors.

Let's look at crime, just now a journalist is being held because he shot and injured a robber trying to take his vehicle, not the aggressor but the victim is being jailed.

  • The irony of these human rights group is that they're suppose to protect the people against any abuse including governmental, yet one of the biggest threats and abuse facing Salvadoreans in the face everyday are the gangs which in turn are literally protected by these human rights groups.

Among other abuse is ignorance, look at our country, I remember when the population was 5 million, now we're looking at 7.2 million people in a country no bigger than Massachusetts.

  • @gp5 am agreed with u, and let me tell u it was the fmln who put the human right to protect the pandillas ,who thos think the fmln is our salvation

  • I use to walk in front of that sign that said "go home janquis." It was in a wall in front of the Military Hospital at Alameda Roosvelt across the street from parque Cuzcatlan. I need to go back home.

  • yo quiero ver esta pelicula!! it looks very interesting !!

  • Thank you Jamie Moffat for this. You have enlightened many :)

  • i want to watch this so badly!!!!! when will it be screened in Canada-i only know about the screening in ottawa

  • @bannehzita which i get to see tomorrow... in ottawa :P

Educate y despues habla.

  • love it!!!

  • I would also like to thank you for putting the issues surrounding Pacific Rims out there. Gold Mining has been proven to be so destructive to the environment and the Salvadorean people have every right to fight to prevent an environmental disaster.

  • Also, the government between 1984 and 1990 was not a right-wing government. The right wing party of El Salvador is Arena, not the Christian Democratic Party. I like the message this film is trying to show, however a crutial and important part of what El Salvador is now is missing (at least in the first 7 minutes). Without the work President Duarte did, President Funes would have never won these elections. President Funes himself has said this.

  • @eugeniamed Were you born stupid or did the propaganda of the right wing make you stupid. AREANA and the Christian Democracy is the same. By the way, I don't know why thy call it Christian Democracy when they were also responsible for all the injustices of the country.

  • @eugeniamed president Duarte actually is responsible for thousands of deaths, If he did no come to el Salvador, the FMLN would have kicked the government's ass sooner, Duarte just came to make the war longer, pretending to be on the poor’s side, he did not have any power to negotiate the end the war, he was just a puppet. Hypocrite came from Venezuela to take the power he did not work for, just a tool of the Americans to stop what seemed inevitable, “the victory of the people"

  • Jose Napoleon Duarte - the first democratically elected President of El Salvador....why was his work ignored in this film?

  • Wow. Very nicely done indeed! Looking forward to seeing the whole film!

  • where can i buy this film? el salvador is a beautiful country

  • Beautiful..the first 7 mins makes the story more understandable than anything I've heard or read to date....keep telling the story!

    kms

  • great one! hope to see it complete...

  • Me gustó

  • I loved it!!!!

  • can't wait to see it all. Thanks for denounce the murders in Cabañas and the role Pacific Rim has in all of them.
