I read a book and i know alot about you know...O.o and it says only kids 10 and younger can see ghost well what they think but 11 to17 can feel there presence and hear them so thats probabely why the little boy can see the ghost on the ceiling and the dad cant then again he can hear it so i might be wrong on the 11 to 17 one but im sure about the 10 and younger
