The circle dance is typical for most regions in the balkans and south east Europe, also Romania, but the music is Romani Macedonian (FYROM).
It is a nice song though :) i think a remix was featured on a Buddha Bar cd at one point.

dans Tiganesc de inspiratie otomana dansat mai ales de tigani din Macedonia...
this is not a traditional dance from Romania, its a gipsy dance inspired from osmanic dances. it is danced mosly by gipsy at the Balkans
