@KhyronDesintegrado Ok ,Phil Hartman was a very funny actor who did quite a bit of comedy supporting roles during his career.He was never a leading man-& he was happy to play supporting roles.He did about 7 seasons of SNL,did 2 voices on the simpsons and a number of movies & of course-this show.Look him up on wikipedia for more.Unfortunately,he was shot by his wife as he slept about 12 years ago,she then shot herself.He still has many fans to this day & is fondly remembered.

This show got such a raw deal with a poor timeslot and little marketing. It had a brilliant cast and awesome humor. Phil Hartman and Stephen Root really made this show awesome.

I used to love this show. Until Phil's tragedy. Jon Lovitz didn't quite fit in for me and i stopped watching frequently but would tune in sporadically to get a look of Maura Tierney. Been looking my whole life for a girl that looks like her. No avail yet. The search continues. She is stunning.

Lovitz has said he only did the show for Phil. The two were best friends going back before they were on SNL in the 80s together to the Groundlings in LA. I think Lovitz himself felt he didn't really fit either.

Phil Hartman was the man in this role. i didnt know that Joe Rogan wasn't the original handyman. when they threw John Lovits to fill in for Phil Hartman's part the show wasn't bad but it wasnt the same.

Why is the aspect ratio incorrect?

It isn't. 4:3 in a 16:9 container.

It does not display as 4:3 on my 4:3 monitor, hence the declaration. This is distressful as the show was made 1.33:1, as I'm sure you'll know is the same as 4:3. I don't intend to come off rude, but the exhibition of that, and other like shows, should be visually as originally intended. Is anyone seeing this in it's proper aspect ratio?

Ya I think it could be the Pixel aspect ratio going from long Pixel to Square Pixel giving the People a Shorter Wider look.

The 1.33 at 1440 x 1080 or 960 x 720 Frame size would give a 16:9 Frame aspect ratio I think : )

your PC is a Square Pixel and TV is Not Thus 1.0 on the PC and the old 1.33 for the TV
