@theJCRballer: Hi Jacob, I think the flop shot is one of the most difficult shots to pull off. Even PGA players can blade the ball during tournaments. So, lots of practice will strongly help. During the winter, I don't play much golf, so my next video will probably be in the spring. Meanwhile, please check out my "Flop Shot" and "Flop to Hoop" videos. @myc724 I can teach everyone here a flop shot if you want me to...I am a good flopper and a good all around short game guy...I carry two wedges-at a 52 and 56 degree and hit every shot imaginable with great success...I love to practice so much that I practice shots that I know will never be used but i play them just for the fun of it.

@theJCRballer Ive practiced the flop shot quite abit and the most important thing besides open the face and all the standard stuff is dare to accelerate through the ball, because if swing slightly more than you expect and then quit on it you will probably decel and blade it.

@dburrcarr Quick Answer, I would use a lob wedge for this shot, instead of an iron, for better contact. Preset your weight about 70 percent toward your target. Don't try to scoop the ball up, play it like a normal chip shot. Sorry, school has started, and I've been falling behind on my video schedule. I will try to make a video on this topic. ~Ethan~

He refused to cut it shorter, because he really likes the new driver even though it is much longer than the idea driver length for his height, 35" (based on US Kids Golf). - Ethan's Dad
