People are angry souls on this planet. I think it's the food they are eating. This is totally un-related, I study astrology to, but I found out when I started eating healthier I became even more happy, the more I got in shape and healthier, the angrier people seemed around me. They were angry because i did not give them advice but recommend books. People are intoxicating themselves a lot which garbage, so the things they speak of is also garbage. I just classified those people as retarted lol.
Elsa, you need to study my mother's chart to find the answer to this question. She ruins every happy event possible, and is bitter and critical of her family. I don't have a time of day, but her birth date is December 5, 1928.
I'm not impressed or overjoyed when someone is announced pregnant. I am however impressed if 20 years later their child grows up to become a kind, compassionate intelligent man or woman as oppose to the 1,000 "little miracles" women have everyday that grow up to become the horror stories we see on the 6'o cock news.
Could it be that Mars crossed Neptune in Aries? It could be but before examining the obscure and unknown why not look at harder facts that shape our lives with what is happening in our world at the moment?
It is why psychology is such a fascinating field, and governments use it to manipulate societies, and yet, there is a need for more understanding as to why we react the way we do when we disconnect from friends, family and society.
Perhaps it because we've only tap the surface of what makes us react to certain events that come across our paths. Getting to the root cause of why anyone reacts the way they do could take some time to break ground. It could be a bad experience, an unhappy lifestyle or some deeper issue that sometimes people themselves have no perception of.
Psychologists continue studying behaviors that separate us more and more. There are books on personalities by: Type, Trait, Past Lives, Gender, Environment, etc. We find in bookstores and libraries that as we research each subject further the data given raises questions of a further understanding to research the information for a deeper understanding as to why we react as we do.
From my own experiences it appears that people in big cities bond less than those in their neighboring towns. Yet, even friendships suffer from stresses of everyday life.
If someone whom you consider a friend is less than happy for you then perhaps you should re-evaluate that friendship. Depending on where you live there are advantages and disadvantages. For instance, living in a big city has its challenges of surviving, being, happy and competing, all seem to play a role in accepting other peoples joy less readily. Yet, take into account close friends are suppose to be happy for you
Yet, should humans be imposed to say something nice about the news even though we are disconnected? People relate to people with whom we share a connection usually in good standing but as books will show you most humans prefer to dismiss and distant themselves from accepting good news rather than to feasts in other people's good fortune unless there is something to be gained from it.
If we take the case above and switch the roles, this v.v approach of these two scenarios could also be held true. In either case, hearing of a fortuitous event in someone else's life and not accepting it as a happy occasion could stem from a lack of fulfillment, and miss being happy. Unless, of course, if someone shows no emotion or dismisses the news it may be that there is no connection from either side.
Those that take it as a disappointment maybe discontent with their life, and depending on the demographics of social standing, economic power plays a huge role. While some people with a lower economic status in life, could be joyful of such an event others economically doing well could be feeling jealous that someone else has had the good fortune of being happy.
We not all perfect, and just like some people age gracefully others become meaner, there is always the disability issue; medical or mental. Let's not forget some medicines will alter your state of mind. But when these factors are set aside it is almost instant, that an announcement of a happy event can trigger feelings of either happiness or disappointment.

This is going to seem COMPLETELY nuts, especially from an Aquarius, but here goes. The People In Charge are slowly poisoning us, via chemicals in food, chemicals in the air, in water, in our shampoos, everything. This, in conjunction with subliminal shit in our entertainment, is leading us to disharmony, separation from each other, and hate. Because if we all got along, we wouldn't be slaves anymore. I can email you if you want; I think I've things figured out, I'm 24/7 looking for truth.
Those who commit the sin of envy desire something that someone else has which they perceive themselves as lacking. Dante defined this as "love of one's own good perverted to a desire to deprive other men of theirs; or to delight in the misfortune of others. The punishment for the envious is to have their eyes sewn shut with wire, because they have gained sinful pleasure from seeing others brought low. Thomas Aquinas described Envy as "sorrow for another's good".
I'm glad her wish finally came true! And I hope things get easier from now on. Sometimes I find myself having these negative but human emotions of jealousy and envy and whatnot, and I try hard to remind myself that it's not healthy. It's not good for others and it's not good for myself. On the bright side, there are also people who assist others in gaining happiness instead of thwarting them.
honestly, i feel it has a lot to do with evolution of the soul/where you are right now. Just about EVERYONE gets jealous, but for some people, it's just more powerful and can really consume them. you seem to be a pretty evolved gal yourself, so I get why you wouldn't understand the ridiculous nature of extreme jealousy. I don't get it either! the good side to having jealous people grasping at straws around you is it's a total VERIFICATION that you ROCK.
I think almost the same, however it still strikes my heart when I see these things because people (specially if friends) can become mean & cold when acting this way. I also believe that being surrounded by such people can create malicious energy fields that we need to understand and avoid to be trapped in. So we do not need to avoid the people but to fall into their being and try to understand why they do so, I think they seek attentions.
I think it's selfishness. They didn't get what they wanted, so now they don't want anyone to be happy either. It's completely unfathomable to me why someone would want to be that way, but some people are. I figure that they are bleeding (metaphorically) internally. I wonder if it's to do with their Chiron placement.
Wiseandra, I especially liked your "metaphor". I have come to believe/see we can see this in our charts (of course not all ). Then of course as it's what we do with that more difficult aspect, do we stay miserable and for those around us or do we recognize our difficul aspect (jealousy) and grow.
In my life atleast it is quite common for others to thwart my happiness. I think it makes them feel better about their own life if others are unhappy. There are alot of unhappy people out there with ulterior motivations. Maybe its selfishness or just strong Neptune or Pluto in their charts. Im not sure, but it makes it difficult to know who your real friends are, who the people are that truely care about you.
i lost weight and people were wigging out on me, too. I totally get it.
