  • I bought the njoy npro because of your reviews. I recieved it 3 days ago and have only smoked 2 real cigs since. So far I'm quite pleased with it. Keep up the great reviews.

  • nice one mate! :)

  • Hi Scott,

Can I use a "manual" battery from a 510 on my NPro? Thanks.

  • hi mate,

sadly the answer is no. they have very different connections :(

    cheers,

    scott

  • YOU!!! I've seen videos of you on smoothsmoke.webs(dot)com!!!

  • Thanks SCott, you are like the e-cig genius.

One more question. If you could only recommend one e-cig to someone, which would it be?

  • hi mate,

the main one i use is the TITAN Joye 510 from TECC so i guess i would say that one! (check out my review on the early version of it)

    cheers,

    scott

    ps....check out my website at:-

  • Scott,

Finally got my Npro in the mail from Njoy, had a couple ?s for you.

I have only used one cart so far, but I seem to get very inconsistent drags off of it. I have gotten juice and filled it. After direct dripping it is great. Once that seems to wear off I don't get all that great of a drag from the juice loaded in the cart. Any ideas?

Also I see many saying you need to clean the atomizer but have not actually seen how to do it. Do you know how to do that with this model?

  • hi mate,

check out 2 videos on my channel. one is a DSE901 user guide which uses a similar atomiser and the other is a EVOlution user guide which uses similar carts. they should hopefully answer your questions.

    cheers,

    scott

  • does the atomizer burn out on the npro, because i looked at totally e-liquid site, and the titan atomizer says it can not work after like 14 to 30 days which sucks, i kinda feel like i made a bad investment

  • is all you do is replace the liquid or do you replace the filter part as well

  • hi mate,

you can take the filler out, rinse under a tap then dry and replace. the filler can last for quite a long time before needing to be totally replaced.

    cheers,

    scott

  • thank you

  • You just make the switch. It's pretty painless really. I keep some real cigs around, especially in the morning. I have gone from 30+ a day to about 5 a day, and I can live with that. However, I would like to go completely vapor!

  • Roughly how many drags to you usually get off a full cart using this model? Also do you happen to know what the model number of the Npro is? A lot seem to call them by the model numbers and it confuses me lol.

  • hi mate,

you should be able to get around 60 - 70 decent drags from a fresh cart. each cart is the equivelant of about 4 - 5 cigarettes (based on an average 15 drags per cigarette)

its a rebranded model RN4081. you can buy that model cheaper from other suppliers but Njoy are the only ones who offer a 12 month warranty.

    cheers,

    scott

  • Where can you order the bottles of liquid?

  • hi mate,

there are tons of suppliers in the US who sell juice but i can recommend here:-

    totallywicked-eliquid com

    cheers,

    scott

ps....check out my reviews website at:-

    E-CIG-REVIEWS COM

  • Thanks Scott,

Love your reviews. I think this is the model I have decided to buy for my first e-cig.

Are there any liquid flavors that you would recommend? I am trying to cut pack on my 2 pack a day marlboro light addiction so I am sure that is one I will want lol. If you have tried it does it taste similar?

Any others from that site you mentioned that you like?

Also when some of these liquids say "tobacco" is that supposed to have a taste like cig tabacco or more like pipe tobacco?

  • hi mate,

i find the tobacco flavours tend to taste more like rolling tobacco than cigarette. the "french pipe" does taste like a pipe though!

i personally recommend the TW hilton, cigar and menthol......all great tasting juices!

start off with the 18 or 24mg strength to ease any cravings and then lower it the next time you purchase a bottle.

    cheers,

    scott

    start off with

  • Thanks for the advice Scott. Sorry to bug you again, one other question. I have seen so many things I am getting confused lol. If you are buying liguid to drop in, do you have to get blank/clean/empty cartrages or whatever they would call them or can you reuse the ones that it comes with?

  • hi mate,

just pull the wool out with tweezers, rinse under a tap, dry using paper towel and then replace. then fill up with juice!

watch my "user and maintenance" guides on the EVO and DSE901 as they should be able to help you out. (find them on my channel page)

    cheers,

    scott

  • Very good review. I bought an NJOY like yours and like it. I just ordered some e.juice. My question is, Do you clean the wick inside the atomizer when using the juice? Is there any safe and easy way to clean it? THANKS!

  • hi mate,

go to my channel page and click on the vid called "DSE901 user and maintenance guide". it has a very similar atomiser to the Npro.

also, watch my "EVO user and maintenance guide" as it has very similar carts.

they should be able to help you out!

    cheers,

    scott

  • thanks for post this video

  • First great review. Second Ive been looking at both the Njoy products and a newer company called "Blu Cigs". I like thier idea of a cigarette pack charger and they also claim to have the best product out atm and ive had people say they are really good but I cant seem to find any reviews on em. Have you tried this company or know anyone who has and if so how do they compare to the Njoy?

  • hi mate,

i think "Blu Cigs" are a new company to come on to the scene which is why there are no reviews yet. and pretty much every supplier says that their e-cig is the best on the market! lol

i think the model they sell is a joye306 which is a pretty good e-cig. and the rechargeable case is very handy too!

i say go for it! im sure you will be happy with your purchase..........let me know what you think of it!

    cheers,

    scott

  • okay I'm gonna be honest with you if your living in an area that doesn't allow smoking then maybe you should just for the kick of nicotine, other wise it is a very harsh and almost painful kick from the drag. Also I feel like i just wasted 100 dollars on the starter kit and refill pack.. supposed to be about 15 packs of smokes, but not close in my opinion. However they are a great conversation starter when in a non-smoking area and your just puffing away on it. just buy at your own risk.

  • the O's you blew are cool

  • hey what was that stuff you dripped on your atomizer, and do you get it? Also you seem to know your ecigs can you give me any draw backs on them?

  • hi mate,

the stuff i used is called e-liquid and is sometimes also referred to as "juice". its flavoured liquid nicotine and is the same stuff as is in the cartridges. you can get a ton of different flavours and nicotine strengths and its far cheaper to refill carts than purchase more.

the draw backs of e-cigs are the following:-

    cheers,

    scott

  • Where can I pick up this "juice" I'm in the states so would I have to order it online. I wish I would have seen your review sooner, I bought the "Smoking Everywhere" e-Cig last night, which I paid $190 for 1 battery, 1 atomizer, 20 carts, and a case. To boot, I had to drive 45 min out of my way to get it. When I got online and started checking it out I found out about Njoy which they sell for 79.99 here in the states for 2 bats, 10 carts, and 1 atomizer, and they sell it at the gas

  • station down the street :( but no use crying over spilt milk lol. Loved your response to the draw backs of e-cigs, but let me ask you do you still smoke regular cigarettes, and if so why. Once again if you have any idea where to get that "juice" in the states I'd appreciate the info, loved your review, went through 4 other reviews before I found yours and couldn't sit through any of 'em (boring). Thanks again man.

  • hi mate,

really sorry to hear you got stitched up by them bastards at "smoking everywhere". i cant believe how much they charge!

    for juice try:-

    totallywicked-eliquid com

they are the best suppliers of juice in my opinion.

    hope that helps!

    cheers,

    scott

  • You rock man, awesome thanks tons! I'm not to worried the way I see it its got a one year warranty, if I wanna buy the carts I'm sure the NJoy carts are the same so ill just buy those, and if the damn thing dies after warranty it'll give me an excuse to go pick up an NJoy and maybe by then the FDA will have approved the damn things, and NJoy will have nicer more cig. sized models. Thanks again man.

  • does it smell like a regular cig

  • hi mate,

e-cigs produce no smell as there is no burning involved.

no smelly breath, no smelly clothes, no smelly rooms etc etc!!

    cheers,

    scott

  • i visited the website, but they dont seem to sell any extra atomisers. does it come with extra batteries?

  • hi mate,

it comes with 2 batteries and 1 atomiser, but they are under warranty for a year. any defective parts will get replaced as long as its within the warranty period.

check out the peewee from puresmoker com.

its the same model and you can buy spares from there too.

    cheers,

    scott

  • THX,

im lovin your vids and ill love to see more.

  • lol man Im worried. All these reviews the vape is real nice. I just got my first e-ciggy yesterday its an m401 and its just shit for vape. I go through these carts in like 2 hours. I ended up just getting 2 boxs of high marb carts from the same guys I bought the e-ciggy from. I just ordered some wicked juice or whatever so Im hoping its just my carts that suck.. Im worried I might have a defective atomizer though.

  • Hey man i just picked one up too and am wondering a couple things my leaked out the end too but when you use the drip method what cartridge do you have on the end!? thanks! and by the way your videos are great helped me make my purchase 100 %

  • hi mate,

you can just use the normal cart on the end. if you want you can remove the small inner cart and then just use the blank mouthpiece when direct dripping.

  • 1. using a pin, push it thru the small hole in the cart and push out the small inner cart.

    2. get some paper towel and roll it up thin and tight.

    3. then push this into the cart to soak up any excess liquid.

    5. then wipe off any excess liquid on the outside of the small inner cart

    6. now replace the small inner cart and gently push it down to the bottom of the cart. (use the pin or tweezers to push gently down on the EDGE of the small inner cart)

    then replace and vape away!

  • hey scott.

first of all... thank you for all of your help with these videos. you made the noobie process a hell of a lot easier.

anyway i just got an npro today and i'm having leaking problems. first it was leaking when i took a drag so i used your method of taking care of the excess liquid and it was fine. but then i noticed leaking from between the atomizer and the battery.

    any ideas?

  • hi mate,

the only time i get leaks from there would be if i blew thru the mouthpiece rather than took a drag or if i have overfilled with e-liquid.

take it all apart, clean up any visible liquid with paper towel and then asemble again.

it should be fine once all the excess liquid has bee cleaned up...........any probs, send me a message mate.

    cheers,

    scott

  • what model number number is this one??

  • its an RN4081 mate

  • i watched another one of your vids and u said u play 360 do u have live???

  • gotta love those rings

  • Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to put this video out.

  • you are welcome mate, have a great day.

    cheers,

    scott

  • I'm going to get an ecigarette or two soon. I'm tossing up between the Njoy and the Evolution. I want one of the ones that look like real cigarettes.

I noticed there was nothing about atomisers on the Njoy website. You can get spares for it, right?

  • hi mate,

yes you can get spares but they are quite expensive. i like both e-cigs a lot but for the price, you cant really beat the EVO.

  • You rock, Scott! You helped me decide to give this product a try after much needless procrastination. NJOY, it is. Thought I wish it had a blue LED. But, meh, I can go without. :)

  • that worked thanks scott

  • also i tried about 4 different carts and it was the same

  • 1. using a pin, push it thru the small hole in the cart and push out the small inner cart.

    2. get some paper towel and roll it up thin and tight.

    3. then push this into the cart to soak up any excess liquid.

    5. then wipe off any excess liquid on the outside of the small inner cart

    6. now replace the small inner cart and gently push it down to the bottom of the cart. (use the pin or tweezers to push gently down on the EDGE of the small inner cart)

    then replace and vape away!

  • sometimes the manufacturers accidently over fill the carts so that should hopefully fix the problem.

    hope that helps!

    cheers,

    scott

  • hi scott i just brought the njoy npro and im having a problem with it everytime i take a drag i get a mouth full of the liquid i charged the battery for 8 hours so im not sure what the problem is please help

  • Hi Scott, how would this e-cig compare to the EVOlution electronic cigarette ? Which one would you perfer to purchase and why ?

  • both are very good little e-cigs and i think i rated them both 9 out of 10. the EVO is excellant, especially for the price. the Npro is also excellant and is slightly easier to use due to the closed atomiser, but is quite expensive.

however, theelectroniccigarette co uk sell a "super mini" which is the same model as the Npro but £10 cheaper, plus you get a 5% discount if you type in this code at checkout........T4BE699

really, what one is best could be decided on a flip of a coin!

  • forgot to add that although the Npro is fairly expensive, it does come with a 12 month warranty on defective parts. that alone could be worth its weight in gold provided they honour it.

  • Cool ! Thanks for the quick reply Scott ;) Please do MORE reviews on both the e-cigs and also the refills out there - 5 Stars again M8 !!

  • my cartiges finish up really fast, any help ???

  • you should be able to get about the equivelant of 5 - 7 cigarettes worth of vaping out of 1 cart.

rather than buying more carts, get some e-liquid and refill your own. you get better results and its far more cost effective!

  • lol... thank.... it was just that you were speaking a little fast... but i am a smoker who takes about 2 cigs a day, any recommendations? and i live in Canada and i prefer something cheap....

  • from 5:03 to 5:13, I HAD NO IDEA WHAT YOU WERE SAYING!

  • i said:- "i treat it like a cigarette. everytime i want my nicotine fix i will go along and puff on it for a couple of minutes, put it down, come back half hour later and puff on it again, you know?"

    LOL!

id better start adding subtitles to my vids! :)

  • How do you make smoke rings mate?

    wanna do it too

  • Great review man, very cool. I'm dying to get one of these, come pay day I shall be. I still can't quite believe they've invented safe smoking. One thing I've wondered about is taste. Do they really taste like realy cigarettes?

  • do they taste like cigarettes? well, yes and no........the tobacco flavour carts are very similar to a real cigarette but not exactly like one. to be honest though i tend to refill my carts with fruit flavours like strawberry or even cola! if you purchase an Npro, remember to use the 10% discount code!

  • Scott, isn't this a RN4081? Sure looks exactly like it!

  • i think so, but not 100% certain. remember though that this one comes with a 12 month warranty!

  • Very good review. (Like always) So which do you prefer... The NPRO or the EVOlution?

  • its a tough one to answer, but i would say the Npro has the slight edge as it has a good atomiser for direct dripping -liquid.

  • Thanks! I will give it a try.

  • have to admit an enclosed atomiser is an easier way to drip....i think the EVO is a better looking ecig imo. To solve the dripping issue, just remove the inner cart from a cartridge and saw off the end. Then you can drip onto the atomiser, wait for it to soak in, and then place another empty cart on. Works great for me!

  • nice thinking mate! i have a EVO users video guide that shows how i top up, refill, drain atomiser etc..........check my channel to see it

  • you're awesome as always my friend.. and keep up those killer rings.. lol.. i know you can't help yourself.. nice goin

  • hi mate,

hope you are doing good my friend. soooooo sorry for not getting back to you but PROMISE i will soon mate. so damn busy at the moment and got lots to tell ya!

  • Do you work something out with the retailers of all the e-cigs you review in order to get samples or do you actually purchase all of these E-Cigs ? Either way - once again - thanks so much for your time and sharing your great reviews with us.

  • hi mate, glad you liked the reviews!

some i purchase, some get loaned and some are freebies! doing the reviews is almost like a full time un paid job so when i get sent freebies it makes it a bit more worthwhile! i enjoy doing it but i end up spending many hours a week answering emails and messages about the products i review!

  • Thanks for all your great reviews...you have been so helpful for me as I start my adventures with E-cigs. I just got my NJOY Npro today and I am quite happy with it. I am in the US by the way and ordered my Npro from the US Njoy.

  • hi mate, they have also dropped the price of the Npro by £10.00...... plus you still get the 10% discount!

i think thats a fair price now for a good little e-cig!
