I do agree Canada has such tremendous female singers including Diana Krall, Celine Dion but definitely Carol is one of my best way above American Melodie Gardot, Stacey Kent. Herbie Hanckock said on another video her piano voicing is perfect just what you need to hear. As a pianist player, Canadian Lorraine Desmarais is better but Carol has that charming voice that gives you those goose bumps you just can't forget. I love when she sings Henri Salvador's "Dans mon ile", one of my favorite.
