@Moneyhands26 It sounds like you do not have the ribbon cable pushed all the way into the ribbon socket on the motherboard. That is the most common mistake when putting in a new screen on this unit.
The screen on my Palm Treo 680 is completely blacked out. I can barely see anything. The brightness adjustment doesn't work. Will replacing the LCD screen fix this problem? The phone works fine.

@brunobiomedico It sounds like the cable that goes from the screen to the connector on the motherboard is not all the way in the connector.

From the brief description that you gave it sounds like a bad screen. Goto DirectFix com and search Part# PA2076
