I just don't understand the point of people celebrating Father's Day when the majority of the fathers in this world never provide anything for their families; they don't deserve to be honored, but they do deserve a beatdown! My dad sure don't deserve a Father's Day because all he did was sit around the house, doing nothing but drinking his beer/liqour and mentally abuse me and the family. All he cared about was money and alcohol and nothing else.

"dockside2012" Well, why my father should not have a Father's day!?
He has been Married with my Mother over 30 years.
He worked all his life, and supported My mother, my sister , brother and me.
He broke his lower back in two places, had 2 surgeries in his legs, and has C5/C6 upper back problems.
My Father worked in the Toughest places of this planet.
My Father worked in temperatures from -30 to -45 celsius.
The Fact is that Most Fathers around the world Provide Everything.
